It's time for a return to focusing on improving the education of our students in our community. We need to improve our student's proficiency in:

• Math

• Science

• English Language Arts

Keeping our children safe from harm using a common sense approach through:

• Vetting of proposed book purchases by parents, guardians and community

• Instituting a districtwide policy to ensure multiple stall restrooms are only allowed for use by the sex identified

• Requiring only biological females participate in girls’ sports

It's time for a return to traditional values in schools that include effective time-honored approaches to educating our youth.

• Honoring the concerns of the parent

• Rewarding hard work

We must improve the transparency of public schools. Many parents were intentionally disregarded in the decision-making process. I offer a new approach that allows for accountability:

• Transparency in the drafting of school board policies

• Participation by parents and community members,
